Straight answers.

What we collect, why, and how to reach us. Written to be read, not skimmed past.

Privacy notice (POPIA)

[Registered company name] (Pty) Ltd ("Mint Gaming", "we") is the responsible party for personal information processed through this website, under the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).

What we collect on this site: nothing that identifies you, unless you email us. The website has no forms, no accounts and no tracking. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability.

When you email us: we use your name, email address and what you send us only to reply and to manage the conversation (for example, a partnership enquiry). We don't sell it, and we don't add you to marketing lists without your opt-in consent.

Players: we only collect personal information about our players with their consent (and a parent or guardian's consent for anyone under 18), and only for contracts, travel and competition entry.

Your rights: you can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email privacy@mint-gaming.co.za. You may also complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa) at inforegulator.org.za.

Information Officer: [Information Officer name], reachable at privacy@mint-gaming.co.za.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. If that changes, we'll update this page and ask for your consent before setting anything that isn't strictly necessary.

Players & minors

  • We never charge a player anything: no fees, no "academy" costs, no paid trials.
  • Prize money belongs to the players.
  • Any agreement with a player under 18 requires a parent or guardian's assistance and consent, and their personal information is processed only with that consent.
  • Anyone asking for payment to join or trial for Mint Gaming is not us. Report it to hello@mint-gaming.co.za.

PAIA manual

Under the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA), you can request access to records we hold. Our full PAIA manual sets out the categories of records, how to submit a request, and any fees.

The full manual is available on request from our Information Officer at privacy@mint-gaming.co.za.
